I dont want to make this a habit however, when looking for terms to reclaim, I came across a post that made me recoil in disgust. @ cincinique made a post defending the not reclaimed term Trans Ramcoa and I would like to bring this to people attention so they can block the people interacting with this post and defending this term. I would like this to be perfectly clear, if you use the term Trans-Ramcoa or similar Trans-id terms, you are:

Defending Child pornography

Romanticizing Child Prostitution

Romanticizing the torture of Children

Defending Child rapists

YOU. ARE. BORDERLINE. PEDOPHILIC.

Not in a million years will these people understand what we went through as a child, all the abuse and torture we experienced at the hands of the people who were supposed to love us. Antonio from the Merchant of Venice is in love with Bassanio (and Portia knows)

EVIDENCE:

Act 1, Scene 1: when Salarino guesses Antonio is in love (context: "in sooth I know not why I'm so sad"), Antonio is quick to deny this. Too quick, if you ask me.

Act 1, Scene 3: Antonio basically promises his life to his mortal enemy in exchange for 3000 ducats, just to make Bassanio happy.

Act 2, Scene 8: The entire damn exchange between Salanio and Salarino. Like what the actual hell? "I think he loves the world only for him [Bassanio]"

Act 3, Scene 3: So Antonio is imprisoned. He believes he's gonna die. And he's okay with it. AS LONG AS HE SEES BASSANIO FIRST. HE LAST WISH IS TO SEE BASSANIO HAPPY AND DIE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT HE WAS THE REASON BASSANIO FOUND HAPPINESS.

Act 3, Scene 4: Lorenzo, seriously? "How dear a lover of my lord your husband..." lover? LOVER? in every other case of friendship, the words Brother or just simply, Friend is used. But lover? Shakesqueer be like, "No, let's reserve these for my two precious pookies"

Act 4, Scene 1: I'd give actual money to see Portia's exact expression during this scene. Like, what would be her exact reaction when Bassanio says shit like "my life, my wife, and all the world is absolutely zero, unimportant, insignificant in front of you, bro" and after that (AFTER THAT) when Antonio Literally says "bid her be judge, whether Bassanio had not once a love". What would Portia be feeling then?

Act 4, Scene 1: Bassanio- No, my wife says no. I will never give you this ring. Antonio- * winks flirtatiously * Bassanio- TAKE THE DAMN RING

Act 5: Portia gives Antonio a ring and tells him to give it to Bassanio when she could've just given it to him herself.

Haida’s family is really interesting to me because they are spotted hyenas. While I understand that the characters being animals is just a cute, stylistic choice, it can’t help but make me wonder. Spotted hyenas are very rigidly female dominated with males always falling in at the bottom of the pecking order.

So, it’s really interesting to me that Haida’s mom is so sweet and timid. Her husband, Jizu, is much more aggressive (and noticeably larger). Female hyenas are larger than the males and also tend to be far more aggressive. Male hyenas are pushed out of their packs when they reach maturity. Haida is very clearly not a part of his nuclear family anymore which lines up. However, his brother, Jiro, is… (Your son looks like a girl!)

Either they are presenting as the opposite gender so that their family dynamic is more palatable for the public OR they are breaking conventional gender roles for their species. One way or another -

Remember that moment in ITSV, when Miles first meets his world's Spider-Man and their spider senses do the thing?

The background behind Peter is as we'd expect; the classic red and blue.

But at first Miles' background is green and purple, two colors he's never associated with at all throughout the movie. As the moment goes on, it shifts to match Peter's.

We are literally watching Miles' fate change and the anomaly happen.

It's well established that the spider that bit him was not supposed to even be in that universe, meaning our Miles was supposed to be something else before it happened.

This isn't true for ITSV, but in every other version of Spider-Man, the main color scheme for the Prowler is green and purple.

Our Miles was supposed to become the next Prowler in his world. And the only reason he's not, is because of the original Prowler. Miles switched his fate with Earth-42 Miles.
