Lifted up by shirt, thrown down, getting bad news, having a fit (moment of insanity), kicked in the face, punched in the face a few times

Ep20: cant see, in a wheelchair, knife put to throat. Punched in the gut, tied up. Friends held hostage.

Ep21: confronting past abuser, reminded of past trauma (referenced recorded rape). Shot at, crashing through a window, forced to surrender to the enemy.

Ep22: tied up, rope around neck, punched, kneeling, strangled with the rope, pushed to the ground, groped, raped, kicked, had water dumped on him, lifted up by the hair. Friend getting shot to protect him, shot in the side.

Ep23: bandaged, collapsing, nightmare. Worried for friend.

Ep24: trapped, bound, pistol whipped, head stepped on. Shot at, shot in the side, kicked, strangled by bar held against throat, throat grabbed, stabbed, knife wiggled as it went in, pulling knife out, gun held to head. Stabbed, killed.

Matter of fact

I love to imagine a conversation between a sickie and caretaker acknowledging that the sickie doesn't feel well and is going to vomit at some point in the near future, and the sickie is just . . . calmly resigned about it. Maybe they ate too much (on purpose?), maybe they're slowly getting motion sick, maybe they're in the first stages of a bug, who knows? But they know they're feeling sicker and sicker and that at some point they're going to vomit, and aren't afraid to talk about it.

Here's a cruise scenario

A: "Your stomach's upset, isn't it?"

B: (pressing a hand to their chest) "Yeah, the movement of the boat is starting to get to me. Probably not a great idea to have such a big breakfast."

A: "Anything I can do to help?"

B: (Burping). "Can we head back to the room? I'm going to have to throw up soon and I'd rather do it there."

A: "Of course; do think you can make it?"

B: (nodding). "The nausea's still manageable; right now I just need to burp, but I can feel everything sloshing around." (Swallows). "It's really uncomfortable."

A: "You're getting more pale by the moment; let's get you in front of a toilet."

1x01: Dragging broken leg, head injury, bleeding from mouth, gets shot in the head

1x02: Grabbed by the neck, punched in the face, neck broken, breathless after coming out of the water

1x04: Gets shot multiple times shielding others, gets slashed multiple times, stabbed in the chest

1x06: Electrocuted, fight

1x07: Cuts off his own hand, screaming in pain, agitated, worried

1x10: Tortured, vision blurring, nearly died (flashback, as a kid), weak voice, doesn't heal his wounds

1x11: Flinching from unhealed wounds, caught in an explosion (flashback, as a kid), wakes up healed to find his father dead (flashback, as a kid), sniped

Someone got carried away a little.

My first drawing of the new year, I believe the second bloated belly on a skinny figure I've ever drawn! Though today I planned working on something else, returning to and completing this did my soul good.
