You know! IF this were a natural storm! I'd make a deal in a heart beat. I'd love to see someone else's weather magic beyond the two dingdongs I keep on hand (all they're good for is rain anyway, in this regard). However this storm's an unnatural disaster, and while even then I'd pay you extra to see if you can corral it like you say, scans show a, hold on:

If we could just figure out how to get into this storm without killing ourselves (it's a nightmare on the desert floor. Flash floods and quicksand that's soo loose it even swallows hovercraft.), I could go for a ride down on the planet! My wheel bike just got a new tread installed and I love the Flats for time-trials.

Granted, I'll have to find somewhere drier to go riding at, but I still can't leave until we've got this storm managed. What I don't need is Markus blocking my people from talking to R&D because he wants to gloryhog a solution himself.
