🔴 1989 Lamborghini P140 by Chrysler Design Center 🔴

The Lamborghini P140, designed by the Chrysler Design Center in 1989, was initiated before Chrysler acquired Lamborghini in 1987. Intended as Chrysler’s proposal for an entry-level Lamborghini, it was ultimately overlooked in favor of Bertone’s proposal. Chrysler later discontinued the P140 project before selling Lamborghini to the Malaysian investment group Mycom Setdco and the Indonesian group V Power Corporation.

🐏1967 Rover P6BS V8 Prototype🐏 A project to make a mid-engined V8 sports car using the ex-Buick 3.5-liter alloy V8. Also, known as the Leyland Eight GE, David Bache headed the development team (he was also responsible for the first Range Rover), and the car went as far as having a projected US on sale date and price point ($5000). The V8 was offset to the right because the gearbox was in front of the engine, and this placement allowed the transaxle to run on the side of the engine, thus making the car lower.
