western europeans get so upset when a foreign government badmouths them also its kind of funny

i do think its very silly every time the media goes on abt the threat of war with russia like im not saying theres a whole conspiracy going on but i do think that the government and military officials saying this benefit from exaggarating their conclusions i think they benefit from people being afraid of foreign forces bc it encourages patriottism and such obv. and the fact that the news and by extension the people are taking this so seriously is incredible to me.
