the back half of sea of monsters is super cute and full of percabeth moments, especially from annabeth’s perspective (aka the emotionally aware perspective)

-percy holds annabeth through her breakdown after the sirens in a bubble underwater, and talks her through it afterward

-percy falls asleep on a sleeping annabeth and the golden fleece as they’re riding back to miami, since the story is from percy’s pov we don’t know what happens while he’s asleep but it’s safe to say annabeth wakes up at some point and is happy to let percy lie on (cuddle with?) her until they reach the shore since no one wakes percy up until the hipocampi stop moving

-she doesn’t say it out loud but she totally is doubly impressed by two things percy does in like a 30 minute span once they get ashore: trust clarisse to fly home alone with the fleece, and sneakily iris message dionysus and trick luke into clearing chiron’s name to dionysus and the camp. annabeth says percy is ‘too nice’ to let clarisse leave with the fleece which i think is her admitting it’s a good idea she wouldn’t have thought of herself since trusting people who don’t treat her well doesn’t work out for her (see: chase, frederick), and percy tricking luke with the sword and monolouge to distract him from the iris message behind him is totally a plan worthy of athena

it’s no wonder she kisses him (on the cheek) after they win the chariot race

i feel like percy would have a really contagious laugh like one day leo would crack a joke (that’s not rally that funny) and then percy would whip out the HAHAGSHFLHAHSFSHAHA with a side of wheezing and everyone else wouldn’t be able to keep a straight face

Some of my random pjo headcanons

-piper is a graphic liner girly, you cant convince me otherwise. She will try some creative designs and experiment with colors. If you want to have a perfect liquid eyeliner, shes the one to go to. However, she cannot do eyeshadow.

-jason gifted piper a necklace with a bolt and piper gifted jason a bracelet with a heart. They did this while they were dating so that no matter what happenned to them, they will know that what they have was real and not made up. After jasons death piper refuses to take the necklace off and always wears it in his memory.(this is cheessy as fuck but i did it in my drawing and now this is my thought process)

-if an aphrodite kid is charmspeaking, their eyes will turn sighlty pink, or like have a subtle glint in their eyes.

-thalia also does make up, but very very out there, heavy eyeliner, black eyeshadow, the opposite of subtle. She also is the go to person to give you piercings. She did most of the one she has herself

-percy is the type of guy to have a disposable camera and just take photos of everything(annabeth) and make a photo album

-rachel makes jewelery, mostly rings and charm bracelets

-frank has a very active letterboxd account. He loves wes anderson and his four favorite movies are grand hotel budapest, how to train your dragon, knives out and spiderman into the spiderverse.

-in adition to this he goes on and on about movies and the cinematography and hazel loves to hear him rant about it.

-hazel is the best at finding the perfect seats to a concert. Shes the one fighting for her life in the front lines to get the best seats and somehow she always does.

-grover is an excellent cook. Whatever you want, he can make it. Also, he bakes something for everyone of percys birthdays, trying different things each year.

so, i was thinking today in the middle of math class and i figured that Jason’s death was completely and totally necessary.

don’t get me wrong, it was sad as fuck, but it was oh so necessary. and here are my points.

1. He had no one anymore. Leo was “dead”, he and Piper had broke up (and she was a bitch to him after that), Coach Hedge and Mellie stopped liking him since his break up with Piper, Reyna never really forgave him and Thalia was with the hunters.

The only person he was “close” to was Nico. Like, Hazel never truly forgave him for doubting of Nico’s rescue mission. Frank liked him a lot, sure, but in a “i like the president” way, not as friends.

“But Percy and Annabeth” no. They were too busy studying to go to college together to have time for friends.

He was alone.

2. He had nowhere to stay. You see, most of the people in CJ stopped admiring him after he went with the greeks and people at CHB never really liked him that much.

3. He was overworked. He was just so busy the whole time with lots of shit and he put others in front of himself absolutely anytime, ever. He literally died pointing towards the exit. And he never hated any of the people that were jerks to him.

He’s perfect, but no one realized it.

i love how Luke is the sort of divider between two worlds. he's human and god at the same time, and it shows. He's so complex in that he has compassion. He cares about other people, but he's also selfish like the gods. He is the push and pull of the world, and he represents both the good and the bad. he was the hero who saved olympus yet at the same time the very one who could have destroyed it. In the end, he was brought back to his humanity, and that's what saved everyone. He knew what he was doing was wrong. There wasn't a moment where he didn't know. He had so many opportunities to show that he had truly and fully passed to the bad side, moments where he could've killed Percy or Annabeth and saved himself a lot of trouble, but he didn't. He's so much like his mother in that way, making a choice he thought would save him and others and ruining himself and other people out of a sort of greed. He saw what Kronos proposed as an opportunity instead of what it really was, a choice. Just in the same way that his mother thought becoming the oracle of delphi would further her in life, fulfilling some sort of destiny or purpose, something she *had* to do. Anyways i love him actually he will be in my heart forever.
