Start to make Maggi with less water and no maggi masala. Now as your Maggi is being made, take a small bowl or that tiny bowl like kadhai that your mum uses to make tadka. Now I'm that bowl add oil, chili flakes, maggi masala, some chili sauce (if you want) and soy sauce and mix it over the flame. After that is made keep it aside for a minute and take your Maggi and drain out the water, or else you can keep tiny amount of water if you like. Now add the chilli oil mix/ tadka in the Maggi and mix well. Now if it becomes too spicy you can always add cheese slice if you want, but you gotta be fast or else the cheese slice won't mix acche se if the Maggi becomes cold

guys do y'all know what would be amazing? a post with all the different maggi recipes for us to experiment hehe lemme start:

boil noodles then drain half the water, add butter and tiny bit of mayonnaise (preferably garlic flavour) then add the maggi taste maker and chilli sauce and soy sauce (only like half a spoon) then we add chilli flakes and oregano (I prefer more oregano and less chilli flakes) AND DONE I like to add half a cheese slice when I plate it fav maggi ever
