Dear Nafs,

ReYou know the difference between right and wrong but you still choose to do the wrong fully knowing the consequences and pushing the guilt to the back of your mind, ignoring it. That is the very opposite of what you should be doing. Acknowledge the guilt, let it take over, let yourself realise that you need to get rid of the bad habits in order to be a better person. It is not enough to just want to be a better person, but you must do something about it. You must repent from the bottom of your heart and ask Allah for forgiveness. Ask yourself the question and evaluate, what is better for you? This world or the hereafter? Remember the fact that this world is temporary and will disappear, but it will leave a mark on your heart and reputation that will simply not vanish, but will only take paradise further away from you. Remember that it has been narrated in hadeeth that the paradise is surrounded by hardships and the hellfire is surrounded by enjoyable things. Allah does everything for a reason, maybe the reason that you get caught over and over again, and that He gave you a mother like her, is because He wants you to be good while others get away with all of their darkness. Remember that the very reason that He put you on this Earth is to worship Him alone. Remember that Satan wants to take every single child of Adam and Eve to the hellfire with him and that he is using the Dunya and entertainment as his tools against you. You dream about freedom and having a voice but what about the very leash that Satan has around your neck?!! Realise that WHAT ALLAH HAS GIVEN YOU IS FREEDOM!!! There is no point in being angry with yourself now, but use your guilt and channel it as power and strength to break the chains that Satan has you tied up with. That you willingly let yourself be tied up with. He uses the pleasures of this world to brainwash you, and you submissively let him! How much more stupid can you get?!! You were warned throughout your whole life but you chose to ignore the woman who loved you from the bottom of her heart. The woman who nurtured you, and raised you with sincere love. She went through so much pain and sacrificed so much in order for you to attain paradise, but you never gave her efforts a second thought! Over and over again you betrayed her trust whenever she gave you leniencies. Are you happy with the outcome now? If only you had just followed the rules and stayed within the boundaries, it would have been enough. Are you happy now with the situation you have created for yourself? Your own mother doesnt trust you! The one who carried you for nine whole months! The one who bled for you! The one who sacrificed her desires, which she had every right to, for you! Could you not do the same for the sake of Allah? The One who blessed you with her! He is giving you yet another chance to redeem yourself. Take advantage! Prove to yourself that you are not a slave to your whims and desires. Prove to yourself that you do have self control. Prove to Satan that you will not fall for his illusions. You don’t need those things you desire, they do more bad for you than good, and you know that. So acknowledge it!! It is not too late! Remember that Umar (ra) said, “Sometimes the people with the worst past create the best future.” That could be you! Don’t let your past get in the way of your future. This Dunya is temporary. The hereafter is permanent. People come and go from this world, remember where it is that you end up. Are you not scared? How is it so easy to forget? Why do you let Satan and his illusions cloud your thoughts? Why do you let yourself fall prey to the system? This false world is based on Satan’s efforts to mislead you. You must now face the punishments that are sent in your way. You must now accepts your situation and from here on, do what is right. 

رَبِّ إنِّي لِمَا أنوزَلتَ إليَّ مِن خَيرٍ فَقِير

“My Lord, I am truly in great need of any good that you may send down to me.”

What is the Point?

Who am I? Where did I come from? Where will I end up? What am I made from? What is the point? Is there anybody listening? paying attention? Or all just ignoring, because I am a nuisance, annoying and hard to tolerate. they think they all know me think I cannot cooperate. but they just do not realise what the reason is for my supposed tantrums and being all in a fizz It’s just never ending all of these problems, they come one after the other, causing my tantrums, most of the time It is because I feel trapped, caught in a spider web, or firmly strapped down in a chair surrounded by people all screaming and shouting and calling out insults. It’s all never ending especially the workload all these papers and words files and downloads loads of tests and exams striving for the highest grades is it really possible? or should I just let my hopes fade? I mean what is the point? It is all temporary anyway, It’s all going to end We’re all going to pass away, Is there no way for me, to just take a break or is it that is I do Then my world would be at stake.

The Meaning of Life

What are we doing here? and where are we gonna go? It’s like we just woke up one morning, and it’s “welcome to the show!”. Don’t ask any questions, just go with the flow. Make as much money as you can, and try your best not to get broke. Copy everything you see on the TV, from the hairstyles and the clothes. And don’t think too often, just do exactly as you’re told. And if you ever get confused, then just turn towards the alcohol. You still here your thoughts? then just turn up the radio. As you learn to live a life of drugs, sex, and rock’n roll. But in all honesty, I just need to know. Is there more to the cycle then just growing and getting old? Living and dying just to leave back a happy home, and a whole lot of property that somebody else is going to own? I just really need to know, before the casket gets closed, because I’m not willing to gamble with my soul, nor am I willing to take any chances. These are just simple life questions and I’m just searching for some answers. Like what are we doing here? and what is our purpose? How did we get here? and who made us so perfect? And what happens when we go? Is this world really worth it? Questions we don’t answer, because apparently we don’t really have to. There is no purpose to this life and our appearance is just merely natural. Then in that case please let me ask you. Did you create yourself, or was it somebody else who fashioned you?  Because you’re a being that’s impeccable, faultless and unparalleled. You’re a product of supreme intelligence, and I’m merely being rational. For there isn’t a camera on this earth that has come close to the human eye, nor a computer that can compete alongside the human mind, and if this whole world was to come together, we wouldn’t even be able to create a single fly. So many signs, yet we still deny. Science tries to justify that all this could come from none. When it’s a simple sum, zero plus zero plus zero could not possibly ever give you one. So where did all this order come? For everything has it’s origins, a maker, a creator of it’s own. I mean the only reason that you’re watching this video is because somebody had to press upload. So we could believe in the big bang but I would rather believe in he who caused it to explode. Allah! The creator of everything, along with every single soul, The Ever Living, The Master, the only One Who is in control. Unlike His creation, beyond our imagination. And no! He is not a man, nor does He have any partners in association, He’s on His own. And no, He did not ever leave us alone. Just like every manufacturer, He left us with an instruction manual. The Qur’an and Islam, and I’m sorry to jump to conclusions but it’s the only one possible. The only definition of God is the One and Only, Supreme Being, it’s logical! A book with Zero contradictions, with miracles that are both scientific and historical. All are viewed over 1400 years ago. Like the detailed description of the human embryo, to the mountains as pegs holding down the earth firm below, and the two seas that don’t mix in a complete separate flow, to the planets in orbit, alternating night and day as they stay in flow, the expansion of the universe, and the creation of everything from H2O, to the stories of the past and the preservation of pharaoh, to identifying the lowest point in the and where Persia defeated Rome, and the gushing fluid that created man between the ribs and the backbone. And not a word has changed, it’s still the same. So please explain, how all this was known, over 1400 years ago. To a man who couldn’t read or write, as he would recite whatever the angels spoke. And if you still don’t believe, please try to come up with something that’s even close. But you can’t, so we took God as a mockery and His Messengers as a joke. Dismiss these scriptures and legends and tales of the ancient folk, as we live according to our whims, desires and hopes. Saying this life is the only home we would ever know. We will live and die and simply turn to bones. YO-LO, correction, after the grass dies  the rain arrives and it regrows, and Allah promises to do the same thing to your very soul, and bring you back from your very fingertips to your toes. As the All-Seeing Supreme Being watches us so close, and we are surely being tested, in our wealth, our health, and our self and everything we have been blessed with. So believe for we will surely be resurrected. and be brought back to our lord and account for every single deed as He hands us our books and orders us to read! From the bad to the good and everything in between. You yourself were sufficient for your own accountability, so don’t be mad at Me! You were the one who thought you wouldn’t come back to Me. I gave you a whole life long to search after Me. But you were all busy in all that which was temporary. So read! And glad tidings to all those who believe. And if you disbelieve, read! And don’t let that be the first day that you find out what your life rally means. Read!

My name is Islam

Let me introduce myself. My name, is Islam. The root word of peace - salaam, or even salama - meaning submission. Which to a Muslim, is like his tuition. It’s his ticket in, but before I begin, let me greet you, like I’m supposed to do, so Assalamu Alaikum - Peace be upon you.  You know, it’s kinda funny... I’m accused of oppressing, when really I’m oppressed, I’ve become on the list pf things to detest. I’m screamed in rage in almost every protest, and I’ve become “The Red Scare” and “a Threat to the West”. You see, if you look at me, and all my obligations, you’ll see why I have such a great population, It’s cause, there’s the motivation, and that sense of inspiration, That keeps “Muslim” as their occupation. To me, being a good Muslim means being a good person, ‘cause I’ll never ask you to kill or to slay, or to lie at least five times a day. I’ll never ask you to steal, or to hate, or to swear or discriminate. I actually tell you to smile to everyone you see, ‘Cause a smile’s the best form of charity. I tell you not to smoke and not to drink, to stay clean and take showers so you simply don’t stink. I tell you to care for animals and treat them with care. So yes, I’m against animal testing and abuse in case you weren’t aware. I tell you to treat those who treat you bitter, better. I tell you not to be mad at someone for more than three days. I tell you that paradise lies under the feet of your mother.  I tell you to passionately love your significant other. I tell you to never mistreat your wife! I mean, if I tell you to care for animals, then what about the love of your life? I tell you to be precious, and save yourself for “the one”. So don’t keep giving yourself away till your literally done. I tell you to be moderate, and that balance is the key, just int he middle is the perfect place to be. I tell you to excel in all that you do, form that essay to that slam-dunk too. I tell you to clear your ignorance and never to judge. To love for your bro what you love for yourself, and never to hold a grudge. I tell you how to be a good person, a person of peace, and a person of love. And, they say I’m a terrorist. An extremist. And you know what? I am! I am a terrorist, I terrorize terror, I kill injustice to make this world fairer. I am an extremist, I am extremely kind. So beware of my extreme benevolence to all of mankind. Yes, there are those who kill and bomb in my name, but if I don’t approve, then why am I to be blamed? In every religion, You’ll find those who abuse it, thinking they have a permit to do wrong. A religion may be perfect, but the followers may not be. So when mine commit mistakes don’t blame it on me. I give what I got, and what I got is good. So if they do otherwise, they misunderstood. And I’m not here to preach, I’m only here to teach. I’m a professor in politics, economy and sociology. In manners and etiquette I got my PHD. To all my teaching, I have two sources, The book of God, and the words of the prophet are my resources. I teach for free, and to whoever desires to learn. It’s for the sake of Allah, I ask for nothing in return. And listen, I’m not here to convert but just to clear misconceptions. With the way that I’m viewed and my common perception. Because yes, It hurts when I’m literally abused, by some who do it for pleasure, just to be amused, and by some who just follow “the trend”, ‘cause they’re clearly confused. In a nutshell, my name is Islam.
