I know how we joke about how Menzobarranzan men aren't top tier in society, but I like to mention how all jokes aside the Men still make fierce warriors, and fierce soldiers. I mean you have to be, if you want ANY respectable woman to look your way. ESPECIALLY if you are a son TO a House.

Menzobarranzan values AMBITION over everything, after all. A male who works form the bottom up and becomes a very capable warrior and earns the eye of the Matron or Matron Heiress, is then that man is considered desirable.

(me thinking about @menzoberras and Minthara the BAENRE HEIRESS meeting and also talking to Hannah about him as a soldier in modern and reminding everyone how BUFF he actually is.. i'm just... Shi'ndra feelings. It's fine. )
