In her True Form it’s easy for Caiera to scoop Bruce into her arms. “Hello Beloved.”

"Oof-" Bruce is suddenly picked up, heart racing until he realizes who it is. Well. It races for an entirely different reason, anyhow. "Caiera." He greets softly before chuckling a little. "You of all people should know not to surprise me." He teased, reaching up to stroke her jaw.

hulk fought the red king on sakaar. he was big. strong. he killed caiera’s family. her whole village. enslaved me. made me fight, gave me a scar. vines grow out of my blood when he hurts me, so the people call me sakaarson. savior. red king burned the vines, but they came back. hulk angry, vengeful, strong, so the people call me world breaker. destroyer. 

red king thought he was stronger than me. thought he was stronger than everyone. big shining hero. enslaved miek’s queen. killed miek’s hive. warbound survive. warbound always survive. silver surfer friend, frees hulk, frees slaves. hulk fight. i brought the people to the gates of crown city, everyone. hivers and brood and shadows and imperials and even spikes too. hulk knock the stupid shining king from his broken throne. 

he made the whole city a trap. bombs in the bedrock. caiera says the planet was splitting apart. everyone would die. red king would die too, but die winning. ground split apart in front of me. magma bubbles, burning friends. brood says nothing can be done. call me sakaarson, sakaar dying. but i am the world breaker. 

hulk jumped into crack. fell into magma. burned me all over. my eyes, my lungs, my bones. pumped through my veins like blood. just made me angry. like all the hurt i got. ripped me apart, deep in the core of sakaar. just made me angrier. thought of dying. if i died, red king die too, laughing. friends would die screaming. the shining heroes on earth would laugh and win. that made me even angrier. hulk burned up, grow back again. fix myself just to hurt more. bones dissolve a hundred times until i was angry enough to put the planet back together. mended with my hands. made the ground calm.

i killed the red king and i lived.

Caiera is definitely the type of wife/friend that always suggests you kill people and no one knows if she's serious or not. "God, Stark was so annoying today-" "Kill him." "...We talked about this, Cai."

        “Thank you, Caiera.” Bruce replies with a rare bright smile. “It means a lot, especially since you’re not used to Earth or American culture.” He says, as if wanting to explain himself to his wife. “I love you too. I…may have gotten you a couple things in celebration. I hope you don’t mind.”

"What's a Halloween?" (Caieratheshadowqueen)

   “It’s a holiday back on Earth.” Bruce says with a smile. “Kids dress up in costumes and go to different houses asking for candy. There’s also a tradition of telling scary stories, going to haunted houses, eating sweets, etcetera.”
