     Somebody ending up meeting Medjay Marik getting shook™ when they realize this is the same Marik that is a shadow creature who devours souls and is a general asshole to everyone. Either by time shenanigans going back in time or somehow Mejday ending up in the future.       Or the even better event if somebody was to find the Tomb of the Son of Ra and finding that 1) Marik’s true body is trapped in there and 2) the ‘good’ part of Marik is sealed away there aka Medjay but he is barely holding in and is very defensive of the inner tomb.

Also, wishlist things that still live rent free in Ra's brain

Meeting Medjay as somebody getting dragged into the past--especially if they know Marik in modern times. The shock of the difference is immense considering Medjay is the polar opposite of Shadow boi. AU idea offshoot of the Ancient Beast AU that Gozoburo gets a hold of the beast and tries to use it for experiments // gain control and it backfires--this also may be also my hubrishipping ass thinking about the potential but shhh it works otherwise Horror shite, just give all of that. Classic trope of somebody going into an abandoned place or tomb and finds out the rumors are true--either causes problems or in strange circumstances befriends the monster 👍 good shite right there Anything Medjay. We love a chaotic bastard shadow boi but also soft, slightly shy but also very confident Medjay is good. AE AUs of muses, interacting with priests or royalty or even outlaws. Give. Tbh also any AU ideas. Would love to flex the modern AU // modern with a supernatural element AU.

     I love the idea of Medjay in modern times but also Marik during his Son of Ra times would be great. The man had a whole following behind him, was worshipped like a god. Being brought into a world where most do not believe the Egyptian Gods are real, no followers there? Angry boi™

     Small lil fun fact about Nightmare is that within the Shadow Realm, it has no bounds--that means not only can Marik speak, but if Marik so chooses, the body can look however desired--it is just preferred to look in such a way that it has vague resemblance to his human form. If so desired, Marik could make it absolutely monstrous and horrifying 👍      Also just the idea of somebody getting dragged into the Shadow Realm by accident and walking upon the main place ( which is referred commonly as the “castle of woes” ) and having to hide from said horrifying creature that has smelled them and is looking for the intruder to its territory.

     Anonymous  ♕  Hi Curious anon here. I was hoping to ask the mun if there is any Plots or Ships they really like to explore or even have this new year i understand chemistry needed and plotting. ignore if you rather not say.

     There are quite a few plots I have ideas for! Ships are not as much of an interest since, as the rules say, Marik is toxic and hard to get along with when it comes to things beyond a one-night stand considering most people he has sex with he ends up eating them but shhh even if I am a sucker for certain kinds of ships with him.      Easy one I love to have plots with is his AE backstory as Medjay. I always love seeing how people react to Marik if they knew Medjay in the past or somebody from the future meeting Medjay and being shocked just how different he is. Being able to develop how he lived in AE is highly desired.      Doing any of the AUs are also an interest--especially like Modern or the AU of Marik being raised by Ra. I love making AUs ( even if he’s still a bastard in them ) even with ones that are just used between two of us.      I am also a horror rper so doing the usual horror tropes in AU settings or even normal verses is v good.      And of course, me being the terrible villain enthusiast, I am all for doing stuff with the Bad End AU, corrupting another muse to be evil, or somebody ending up meeting // being dragged by Marik in his Nightmare form in the Shadow Realm. I have a lot of headcanon ideas for this blog’s version of the Shadow Realm and would love to get other’s ideas and interactions to help develop it further.      Honestly, as well, I don’t mind people coming up to me with ideas for threads // plots and are open to adding or changing around things. It should be fun for both sides of the thread 💜

     “. . . . .” He would like to say he would be happy if Set somehow came to this time, but, would the priest want to see his face again? They did not end on good terms. Set betrayed him, left him to die and fall into the abyss.      And what would Set think of him now? A shell of the Medjay, a shadow that devours souls and flesh, destroys anything it touches. A Monster. Would Set even look at him with a glance now?      Marik huffs, arms crossing over his chest in a pout, ignoring that aching in his chest--he does not need love, not even from Set, “I doubt it would be a happy reunion. I don’t think the Priest would be thrilled to see what has become of the Medjay.”
