A BIG GRIN CROSSED MARK’S FACE AS he held out both hands to cradle the cat. He cooed to it, seeming not to be bothered by the loud meowing and squirming. It settled in his arms with a couple of scritches, but as soon as things seemed calm — “ACHOO!” A sneeze! Quickly followed by a sniffle. “Oh … maybe I’m allergic?” He seemed as surprised as you were! But undaunted, he cuddles the feisty feline all the more, grinning.
