   how stubborn , she thought to herself .   (   his threat echoing in the back of her head , but no sense of fear in her body .   )   could be because he had her bound but it was still a nuisance to be caught in a situation where either way , there was no way out . her blue eyes stare emotionlessly at his controlled ones , broken arms aching from their battle and being caught in his trap at the moment . soon , akibimi attempts to adjust herself for some comfort , only hissing at the grip on her .

   the anbu leader could already sense the bad aura radiating off the other as they stared each other down   ;   it guard up and ready as eyes were hidden beneath mask .   (   what was a member of the akatsuki doing here ?   )   akibimi pulls out her sword before holding it firm , pointing it as him with blue eyes narrowed . despite knowing the fight could be her last , her eyes remained strict and firm on his own morbidly , corpse looking ones .

   she parts her lips to speak , but finds no words leaving yet . target dead on the floor   ;   his heartbeat long since finished once she had approached and all akibimi could spot was a man standing over him . much taller than her in size , but an empty look in her gaze as she steadily approached .   (   the reaper isn’t stupid enough to think they were working alongside another simply because he killed someone on the same list .   )   in fact , this could lead to trouble for the organization , as it was not known if he would take the money that came with the kill or cause other situations .

   akibimi would simply need to analyze the moment and the man , keep a decent distance out of respect for both of them but good enough where she could be heard . blue eyes remained on the corpse , noticing his high risk factor for a possible opponent before empty gaze turned to the one that had brought him down .   (   not an ounce of aggravation or a need to strike . simply watching before finding herself bowing slowly .   )   it is the least she can do at the current moment as the kill had been over before it was needed to begin .

   ‘ i hope he was not bothersome . this one was meant to be eliminated by myself . ’ she speaks , only to straighten her back and look back up to him . ‘ i am akibimi , the honor to meet you is mine . thank you for getting rid of   ...   him . may i repay you ? ’

   she hopes that it isn’t in money   ;   that would not be an easy fret on the organizations behalf .
