    𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 would have easily coldest temperatures of westeros as it’s almost always snowing, sleeting or wintery at all times. once you pass 'the wall' and enter 'the lands of always winter' (where the wildlings or free folk call home), temps are often & consistently below 0°C overnight.

AVG. COLDEST: 2°C / 35.6°F

AVG. MID: 10°C / 50°F

AVG. HOTTEST: 16°C / 60.8°F

  𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐈𝐃𝐃𝐋𝐄 would likely be very neutral and gently cool weather easily influenced by actual seasons, there is some flexibility when it comes to the crossover of mid and south; which gives a nicer 'spring/summery' feel and encourages flora.

   𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇, at its deepest inland parts, are extremely arid and dry, whilst the southern-coastal areas where it is comparable to tropical heat and influenced by the sea air.
