Lycus didn’t know why but for some reason that day. Hearing Dodger talk was driving him nuts, plus it was giving him a headache. Instead of asking him to be quiet, like a normal person, how does the werewolf shut this cat up? By kissing him on the lips. After the hybrid pulls away he rubs his head and says, “Can you please be quiet for 5 minutes. You’re giving me a headache...”

Is a certain alley cat just gonna wander over and steal a kiss from a certain werewolf? Yes, yes he is. Why? Well, why not?

At the initial feeling as he was dragged from doing his work, the werewolf flushed faintly, his mouth slightly agape at the unfamiliar sensation and the realisation of who had just stolen (his admittedly first) kiss from him.

“Well, Dodger, hello to you too.” Remus coughed, looking down to avoid eye contact with the alley cat.

Lycus jumped a bit as he felt Dodger climb up into his lap. The werewolf just chuckled a bit as he gave his head a few pets. "That tired huh?" With that Lycus went back to the book he had been reading moments before.

Being considered angry by her friends was an understatement she had nothing but bitterness in her heart aimed at Milton Grimm for taking away her parents from her. So much bitterness, in fact, she was moving further from the light and walking down a dark path without a care in the world. Of course, her friends tried to convince her she was just lost, but those words only fueled the bitterness in her heart. Snapping at her friends she turned away on her heels getting ready to head back into the shadows until she felt someone grab her hand telling her she had so much to hold onto. Looking over at Dodger she glared at him as she swiped him away with the use of claws before kicking him to the ground.

Taking a deep breath she turned to Dodger cupping his cheeks before pulling him into a kiss. As she kissed him she noticed how warm and soft his lips were which did make her heart flutter a bit. While her heart fluttered about she almost had forgotten why she was in such a hurry until she heard the shouting of the King’s men who proclaimed that they couldn’t let her getaway. As she pulled away slate grey eyes looked into green eyes adored by golden flakes absolutely heartbroken. Because while she would never admit her true feelings for him in front of others she couldn’t lie any longer that she didn’t care about the alley cat. In fact, she cared for him so much so that she was quick to leave Ever After High without a word. Yet leave it to Maddie to have no problem revealing to Dodger where Cerise would be before she left The Fairytale World for who knows how long. 

❝   I’m sorry Dodger, but it’s best I leave The Fairytale World. If I wanna have any chance of avoiding the same fate as my parents and being made an example for those who break destiny. Besides, I hear monsters are real in this new place which means maybe I might find a place I belong and can be true to myself. ❞

As she spoke to Dodger she reaches out her right hand to hold his hand. Even his hand felt nice and warm. Except she had to make this quick and meaningful after all who knew when they’d see each other again. Slipping her ring off her finger and into his hand she softly smiles at Dodger while she gently begins to stroke his cheek with her other hand.

One moment Cerise was leaning against the wall watching her friends have all the fun then the next she had been pulled onto the dance floor by Dodger himself who had a rather large smile on his face as he gazed into her slate-grey eyes. At first, she wanted to demand an explanation as to why he dragged her out to the middle of the dance floor, but she soon found herself lost in his eyes for a split second allowing him to take the lead. As a single hand wrapped around her waist and pulled her closer to him her heart skipped a beat as he looked into her eyes. For a moment they danced together in silence until he leaned in to gently peck her on the lips. When he pulled away with a smile she felt her cheeks grow warm as they became tinted with pink. 

However, when asked if she was okay she regained her composure with a sheepish look as she pulled herself away from him. Rubbing her slightly sweaty palms together she tried to think as to why and how Dodger could make her feel this way. When not even Daring Charming could make her swoon so easily, but here Dodger was making her as nervous as ever.  

❝   I’m fine Dodger, but I really need to leave. Excuse me. ❞ 

Within moments she had pushed her way through a few couples and was out the door as quick as a whip before Dodger could stop her.
