speaking of TAZ, I’m loving this arc for multiple reasons but esp bc it’s so silly that I don’t mind when they lose the plot a bit. like it’s all just spoofs and goofs so when one of them does something that doesn’t make sense it’s funny instead of frustrating

#I usually keep my mouth shut about my complaints wrt TAZ bc Reddit does that for me ten thousand-fold #but I wanted to say that within this context I do find there’s less irritation than there was in ethersea and steeplechase for me #(you couldn’t pay me money to speak ill of graduation btw. I simply won’t do it. so many people lost their minds over it but it was fine) #I feel like they’ve been trying to be too serious with the story telling when really their bread and butter is just goofing with each other #bc when it gets too complex they all get confused and can’t remember what they’re doing and I get frustrated as a listener #so this? the absolute silliness with simpler storylines? it’s working so much better
