I appreciate when I can tell a writer is trying to do a progressive job and cares & #years later I see their work again and they’re still trying and still missing some marks but hitting more and trying so sincerely #I liked that. season 1 had a really sensitive and well done episode about eating disorders & another where the villain was a bastard cop who #tried to convince the MC internal affairs were bad and they were like ‘nah fuck this guy’ #Mental breakdown man is given sympathy and help. they gave us the gayest Lex Luthor on the planet. #Whitney had a character. capitalism was the bad guy a lot. #it wasn’t all hits but you can tell when a bitch is really trying and I appreciate it a lot #anyways it’s nice to see them again #I got to talk to them once over Skype at a library event holy shit I totally forgot about that. I met them once though wtf how did I not #remember this until just now???
