wait looking back yeah wow blue exorcist was my first anime/manga i got into when i was like. 11? 12?  idk but i think i got into it before i got into mcr.  but damn looking back???  that was fucking dark like probably slightly traumatizing like just from the BEGINNING it was fuckin.. wow.  like kinda fuckin terrifying but also so emotionally devastating like wtf

#like damn imagine being 15 and seeing things you cant understand and you act on them and everybody thinks you're crazy and/or lazy #when you're really just trying to protect everyone and then you come home argue with your adoptive father #and then he fucking tells you you're the fucking. bastard child of fucking SATAN and then he gets POSSESSED #and you see this internal fight between these two things you came from and he fucking sacrifices himself for you #and THEN!!! you don't get a chance to grieve. you don't. and then you're taken to this fuckin school #and treated like some sick experiment and have to hide your passion and pretend to be something you're not #and like the fact that he goes on to want to be an exorcist and then like YUKIO and then just like ohh man #looking back idk if it's still going or whatever but like #idk man i think blue exorcist was really good with that. like you really just. feel for rin. you project onto him and then you feel every g #every like gut punch as if it's directly at you. #like. the trauma?!!!!! #and KURO ok.
