Look I'm trying to be real nice to gram here

1 gram. Even if you like eugene and are good for her. First of all she needs time to heal. SECOND OF ALL black broke up with her cause yall all might die soon. Tbh he had a good point! You are not the sweet bf you think ur trying to be, going into danger to possibly be hurt too while with her. Putting her thru worry just like him. Like maybe save getting with her for AFTER the danger is past. Do you have no concept at all of WHY black broke up with her? U reallt have no idea??? My dude if she gets hurt cause of u then u are gonna feel like shit. Even if you like her I really... would have recommended just being a good friend and waiting to ask her out until AFTER the danger is passed. Gram u are really naive sometimes. Possibly more naive than white now

2 I actually liked the gram eugene black trio scene. Because it did something really useful. It showed how much blacks life changed since he went into a coma, since white took over it. Black already broke up wirh eugene so he knew that part. He's probably shocked his best friend likes her/is pursuing her (when they're in danger and it's Not the time gram), but black quietly accepts it. He knew he was gonna lose eugene. He knew she might hate him. He even knew his friend might get disconnected from him. He accepted these loved people leaving him when he went after todd. He accepted this mission would mean losing peoples love. Would mean he had to be alone, lose these people emotionally so he knows they're safer physically. It ties in with him saying white is all he has left and he wants white safe. Black walked in there just wanting to see eugene who he apparently Did care about after all, hold her and say sorry. He thinks he's gonna die - he knows he already was almost killed once. He sees gram and how cold gram is to him and doesn't fight him, accepts this must just be how gram sees him now (its partly blacks fault for staying away from gram just like eugene, partly whites for increasing the distance). And doesn't fight gram. It's just such a sad needed scene from blacks pov. He loved these 2 people and pushed them away to protect them and their emotional hurt is what he caused. Their confusion is what he caused. And he just wants to see them one more time to say goodbye. In that respect, the scene is useful.

3 gram and eugene catching him when he falls. As much as they feel black pushed them away. They do still care about him to a degree. Idk if gram is smart enough to realize black pushed them away to protect them. But God do I wanr gram to figure that out.

4 theories. I hope eugene doesn't get dragged into the tawi mess but I am slightly afraid cause gram is NOT considering danger and she's closely tied to black (as a blackmail element), todd or tawi or something may go for her. Which would make the gram attached to her story Make more sense in retrospect (as for why she's still so much a part of the plot). Also if that happens 99% chance gram led the threat to her cause he's been so bad about hiding compared to the others.

5 I do not want black to die. I'm still real worried him or Dan may die. I'm trying to tell myself it's not a happy ending for white if his bro dies so I'm hoping they won't do that.

6 I am wondering if for some reason gram/eugene was put in to add something straight to this show? To idk market it to a broader audience than just bl audiences maybe. Its clearly political thriller too but like. Idk how they decided on how to try and appeal to audiences. I partly wonder if that's why it was put in.

7 I'm confused on myself cause. Oddly I somehow think a gramblack thread is still gonna be resolved at some point. Even if they don't end up together. Because I do Not think we were misreading Gram hitting on White (as Black). Which means either gram was somewhat into white. Or gram Was into black and then as he kept flirting wirh white it made him "stop" liking "black" since he didn't like white. I still think we have not seen an accurate picture of what rhe gram/black friendship was like. Because gram was not used to arguing with black, not used to not hugging him, not used to black acting indifferently/dispassionate about eugene or gram (all things white did). Black is acting accepting and calm about things now, but I think it's cause he's trying to push ppl away ans keep them safe and accepting them mad wirh him is better than them wirh him in danger. So like... I think white definitely hurt gram and blacks friendship. I still think gram did act flirty with white. So I am wondering if black used to act that way back? So gram was used to matching it. Or if gram cared about both eugene and black but white made him more distant from black. I do not know how this thread will get resolved tho - gram seems too accepting of things as fact (from whites behavior) and black would rather keep gram and eugene distant from him and "safer" than admit he cares for them. So idk what would trigger that situation to get confronted. I'm hoping gram steps up but... he seems awfully accepting. Maybe when he hears about white he might care a bit more - ur friend was in a coma someone please tell him black was in a coma.
