bought a new electric toothbrush, and the fucking thing didn’t even come with a wall adapter

#they said in the manual it’s to quote reduce plastic production #which is true enough but not everyone has USB plugs in their walls #and the manual also says not to plug it into an extension cord or block at risk of damaging the battery sooooo #I’d wager that 95% of homes in the USA use standard plugs and not USB ports #AND if you try to order one through their website you have to 1) get a warranty on it 2) give them the serial number 3) your receipt #ANDDD it can’t just be any USB-to-outlet plug. it must be 5V. #or else the toothbrush beeps nonstop because of the battery fucking itself up #I would just fuck off and use a standard toothbrush but I was recommended this type years ago #and only got a new one because I dropped the old one and it made a rattling noise when it ran #so I’m spoiled on that end of personal hygiene #I’m just… bro just give me an adapter instead of making me jump through hoops to brush my damn teeth #after already paying upwards of $40 for ur product in the first place
