Dungeon meshi genderbend idea where Falin disappears in a dungeon after doing some research (or gets eaten by the dragon during their research) around the same time that Laios was visiting him. And upon hearing what has happened, she wastes no time getting some armor and going inside the dungeon to save her little brother. Her husband didn't want her to go, so without much hesitation really, she divorced him and took the baby on the ride. 

(This is just going to be headcanons that might be ooc so take it with a grain of salt since Ive yet to read the manga.)

Either Kabru, who was absolutely dumbstruck and curious as to why a mother would bring her baby to a dungeon, joined her and Marcille in hopes that nothing bad happened to them (mostly the baby, mostly the baby). 

Or Chilchuck had a bad relationship with her husband (like in canon), and after all her 3 sons became independent, they divorced which led to Chilchuck finding Laios and Da baby and being just as worried as 90% of the cast.

Senshi often disappears and appears around the dungeon as she already has a full time job in her Mom’s Dungeon Dinner on the upper floors. As time goes on she stays with them longer and longer. Laios loves her food and tries to learn as much as possible from her. 

Namari and Shuro (Toshiro) were once in Falin and Marcille’s group, and though Toshiro was very reclusive, she made a lot of work into building up the courage to ask Falin out. (Got told to wait either way). (I don't have much to say about Namari genderbend, maybe as I finish the manga I might make some changes).
