#Him being very exhausted by gith politics

Thinking about Vice as if he was an actual part of the game and not like the Player Character and I cant really think of like...what his overall quest would be outside a few vague ideas

dealing with his mothers death (the drama of running away when you're a teen because you hate your mother because you think she hates you, only years later when you want to rub it in her face how "good" you're doing, you find out shes Dead and unable to discern how you feel about that is good stuff- but its not Urgent)

dealing with whatever mission he was sent to baldurs gate from Athkatla originally for (which is how he gets snatched/gives him an excuse to see his mom)

something something devil father (I feel like theres already so much with devils already in the game, and honestly I like his father being a mystery)

dealing with how he views his powers/physical form/genetic makeup

Its just hard for me to have him have something that would act as a hook for everyone else. Like gale has the orb, Shadowheart has the artifact/shar stuff, Astarion needs to eat, stuff like that. Something thats forced to come out durring everything else.

The thing is, is that this man Does Not want to share, hes emotionally repressed and is paranoid for no good reason. He'd have to be driven to a break down to even begin dealing with himself.

Like even his mother dying isnt enough to shake him (at least not outwardly/immediately) since hes willfully detached himself from her.

Like most everyone else he Really wants the worm out of his head, so there's reason enough to travel with the party, just...mmm how do I torture him and make it everyone else's issue as well

BUT also not making it Too similar to the origin characters deals you know
