#Bug #Insect #I believe she's a female Chinese Mantid (Tenodera Sinensis) - and one of very impressive size! #She's a local! She lives in our front yard! :D #We've actually gotten to see her a few times since this - this was our first meeting! #She'll crawl up onto the mesh of the window frames and like....sunbathe? I'm not actually sure what she's doing there lol #But she is absolutely beautiful <3 And rather friendly! #Just recently I was trying to offer her some food but she seemed more interested in climbing on me haha #I deposited her on our flowers so she wouldn't be quite so high off the ground #I don't usually get intimidated by bugs but there really is something about her intense stare(s)! I worry for my fingers hehe #But no she's been very polite and Very cute #Her little reachy-reaches and jumps and wiggles ah <3 What a delight #She's always welcome around here! I hope she's okay to keep putting up with us haha I hope we're just enrichment #She certainly is for us! #Oh yeah and shoutout to smol for letting me take pictures of her hand when she offered to the star of the show haha #She was very excited ♪ She also loves bugs :)
