every time you post about writing stubborn love i get SO excited it’s like watching a behind the scenes or something. truly my favorite joel & ellie fic i’ve ever read and i’ve read a lot of them — i am rly enjoying the slow burn but at the same time i will die if they don’t hug soon, so! anyway thank u for updating it was such a treat, can’t wait for the next chapter

#I'm currently working on the overall outline a bit more before diving into the next chapter cause I am nothing if not a planner lol #would you believe that I almost didn't write it?? #it was a jumbled mess of random scenes for a few weeks #and there were so many other foster!Ellie fics popping up on ao3 and they were all so good and so *fast* #and I am such a terrible perfectionist and planner that I write so slowly and I'm so damn wordy I just assume people wouldn't be #interested or would lose interest before I managed to finish it #but! I couldn't stop writing/thinking about it so here we are months later and not even halfway done yet... but still loving it! #and so so so SO HAPPY that you are too #stubborn love #writing things #asked and answered!
