This apartment reno project is, unsurprisingly, one step forward and two steps back

#Spent a couple hours buying tiles and light fixtures today #Then realized I have to call the contractor ASAP tmrw bc the electrician is wiring stuff where I don't want it to be #I gotta schlep to the apartment tomorrow to make new measurements. Takes about an hour to get there :( #And half an hour ago one of my tile orders cancelled bc despite what the website says the tile is out of stock #So I also gotta go to Lowe's tmrw to buy in person or find an alternative #'This is part of the process' I say through gritted teeth #personal diary entry
