they would be walking out of the locker room, nico following close behind them to the car. jack and nico get in the front seats and jack would lock the car so fast😭

j: “you thought I was joking? nope — you’re walking.” (he would try so hard to keep a straight face)

l: “jack, I’ve been here for two days! cmon man.”

n: “jack—-“

l: “I’ll do the dishes for a week if you take me home. I’ll still sleep on the couch.”

j: “uh”

l: “fine, I’m calling mom on the way home then.” (he starts walking off out of the parking lot)

nico and jack argue for two minutes over luke (aka nico telling him why are you pulling these pranks on your brother this early) and then they turn around to see luke like GONE from the parking lot. he had actually started walking home😭

jack races out of the parking lot to find luke on the curb outside of parking area. pulling up next to the curb, jack parks the car and unlocks the door, opening the door for luke.

j: “get your ass in the car rookie!” he joked to him. “you really think I would leave you?”

l: “you did it all the time at home with trevor.” luke reminds him of his usa hockey days causing nico to yell.

n: “JACK!?”

let’s just say, it was a movie night on the couch for the hughes siblings after the first practice together.

what did the announcers say about luke and the trashcan :(

before the second period ended, the announcers (while they zoomed in on luke getting ready for the face off) talked about during the tv break, luke was over the trashcan — the announcers were talking about that they couldn’t tell if it was him having stress sickness or being actually sick. they also talked about how chill he was despite all of the pressure he had been under

either way it kinda made me sad because him being stressed about all of this makes me upset — he probably is just nervous/stressed as he knows once it’s over, it’s over.

For your major what kind of career are you looking into going in to?

I’ve always had this really elaborate life plan about my future career LMFAO and it is slowly but surely working itself out.

I know I want to go into sports medicine (like PT) but I am leaning towards chiropractic medicine that focuses on fully body recovery. It’s very hard to explain because there isn’t a good way to define it.

I just want to help people (specifically athletes if I had the preference) feel better in their body and overcome their injuries — as well as being a helping hand (and mind) to getting through those processes.

whether it’s a small adjustment or a huge injury

I’m very passionate about helping people, as well as helping people feel good in their own body. I still haven’t found the best way to do so or explain how I want to.

so, my major is helping me get the premedical aspects that I need, as well as getting me the sports medicine and psychological understandings that I need as well in the future to help me excel in grad school and then into my career!
