Starting over...again
I love to snack on fat at night. Seldom to I admit I love all that is fat in the night. Chocolate, dorrito's, waffles with brown sugar, or popcorn with butter and salt. Well, I have decided that I am going to give that junk up. I got a infection in both my legs, Achillies Tendonitis. Wow, does it hurt. So I have gone to working out to beginner video's. It seems the older I get the more I fall apart. I have a year to actually get to the weight that I want. We all want the miracle of waking up one day and all the weight is gone, except this time I am giving myself plenty of time. Going to try to set up healthy goals and being patterns of behavior that I can live with. I still want to hike the AT, that is my ultimate goal. It is on my check list, so I am going to start to collect the things I need in order for me to do this. I need a back pack, hiking shoes, well everything really. I've been talking about doing this so I might as well do it before I fall entirely apart.
