after cycling through several ideas about the alhaitham/kaveh relationship since first learning of kaveh’s existence, i’m pleased to announce that after much more content being released about them i’ve returned to my very first original guess. which is that kaveh is nervous that if alhaitham discovers his crush things will get awkward and he could be kicked out of the house and alhaitham considers them married.
