The reason why Atrox and Glasya are on somewhat better-ish scale of warlock and fiend patron is because Atrox always behaves like he's performing in a show. He needs an audience at all times.

And Glasya is just there, chilling in his mind. Sometimes she even applauds when it's something she approves of.
