I finished my first mat!!

Sure, some of the edges are a little wonky, and sure the stitches aren't quite lying flat, but I'm sure I'll do better on my next try!

I had no idea there was a lace community on tumblr until I posted and people answered! You all have been so helpful and wonderful, and I promise I'm going to buy an actual cookie pillow instead of using cardboard wrapped in a towel wrapped in a t-shirt...
