a lil infodump abt calpurnia 🌼💛☀️

as said in her initial sims post, she’s super tiny. a 5’0” little minx of a girl. she’s a garuda-blooded aasimar and has larger-scale green/orange/yellow hummingbird wings!! she goes nyoom 🧚

she’s also a sorcerer and her magic comes from her draconic bloodline but oh ho ho that’s not the coolest thing about her !! not ONLY is she related to a copper dragon, she was raised by one :]

enter SOLEIL!!!!! her great-great-great-great-grand-something who took cal in and raised her as a means of fulfilling their end of a bargain they made with their lover a long long time ago. they’re genderfluid and often switch between whichever human forms they deign to take, but their golden eyes remain the same :3 trust me they’re a dilf (dragon i’d like to fuck)

so naturally growing up in a dragon’s den wasn’t the most conventional of lifestyles but boy oh boy cal loves soleil more than anything in the world and it shows. she takes after all their draconic traits, worldly and annoying and unstable and childish, and she’s almost naively loyal to them. but this love isn’t one-sided!! soleil would die for cal and likewise :’)

she’s a quirky lil atheist but she LOVES stories so she really enjoys listening to tristian talk about sarenrae; it’s all a fun tale to her!! soleil did all sorts of things with her—read and dance and craft—so cal takes every opportunity to indulge in things so good for the soul

her magic is explosive and chaotic and when she fights battles she’s as annoying as possible, fluttering her wings and sticking out her tongue and taunting, “i’m here!! oops now i’m over here!!” and yes this is a testament to having been raised by a copper dragon

she wears clothes that can only be described as pixiecore goblincore ratcore dhdjdnfndhd withered skirts and tiny tops and the occasional musty sundress 🤩 but that’s her casual attire!! her mercenary gear is more refined—black and burnt yellow with lots of whimsical gold detailing :D

speaking of mercenaries, how did cal go from carefree dragon’s granddaughter high in the mountains to lowlife merc gunning to become baroness u ask??? the short of it is that she and soleil got separated one night, the townspeople having attempted to kill soleil or at least drive them away, and since then cal has been taking every odd job she can so she can travel around hunting dragons in an attempt to hear rumors of a copper one :[
