#like how can I 100% percent sure because how do you fact-check this with all of social media around the world #but at the time when a fan of the pairing informed me #I really couldn't find anything older on deviantart tumblr etc but of course I did not check out japanese fan sites etc #but really there wasn't a huge amount of fanart right at the start either because it was all very very vague speculation in the first days #this is old news to me btw but it still periodically haunts me #I was *this* close to being embroiled in pointless internet drama and I blissfully was not even aware #I feel like that one guy who accidentally opened the Berlin Wall #anyways thankfully this was on deviantart which was already on a downward spiral so I had zero drama about it #also the image is eerily similar to the last Rey and Kylo/Ben scene in TROS lmaaooooo
