getting into groups in english class is so painful. i cannot stress enough that you are misinterpreting the essay.

#discussed essay on the gender gap in engineering and it made me want to tear my hair out #the author mentioned a study where mixed-sex groups who had to come to a decision and if the group decided on unanimity women had the #opportunity to speak more and if the group decided via majority rule men dominated the conversation. #and the GUY in my group misinterpreted that as if they were separately gendered groups and that bc we didnt hear the conclusions the study #usage was invalid. and the GUY in the other group also misinterpreted it in a different way i cannot remember. #and it was so annoying. not only are you two incorrect in what the study is saying and how it is applied for the broader essay #but you are QUITE LITERALLY PROVING THE STUDY IN ACTION RIGHT NOW.
