Low possibility that measurehead told people about Harry himself, higher possibility that Evrart got that info from spying on that conversation and shared it with the RCM/Jean and Judit when they did their due diligence, or that Jean literally went upstairs to find measurehead at like 6am and had to go through learning all about the racial theory just so he could go hey you remember that drunk man in funny clothes you talked to a few days ago, what’s your take
