Today I broke and snapped at a customer and she deserved every time i implied she was dumb 😌

#in my defense she screamed at my manager through the headset #and at me in person #for her misunderstanding a promotion we're doing #and she chose to call me an idiot and a scammer first soooo #anyways my manager said it was fine because she was being aggressive to everyone she encountered #even IF i get reprimanded i will not care #that woman was vile over HER thinking a buy one get one for a dollar meant #'everything listed is one dollar and also' #I WILL STRESS THIS NEXT PART ALSO IS WHAT SHE THOUGHT #'ALSO you dont need to pay tax on them' #god she was so mad before i even said a WORD to her #and when i explained what the deal actually was she screamed 'THATS WHAT YOUR LITTLE SPEAKER WOMAN TOLD ME!!' #'oh yeah my manager?' #really she should have gave in there tbh #but no. kept being. very mean #dont be a dick to a man who's only eaten a small fry since he woke up 12 hours ago
