finished my s3 rewatch. what the actual fuck

#im like devastated #this is devastating why was this so devastating #why is there so much grief?!?!?!? #wait hold on #it’s not my favourite season but it was way better than what I thought it was going to be #the stakes were def higher and the big bad monster was definitely 1. big and 2. bad #and they kind of lost their balance between the flashy action sequences and the nice in between character moments #I hope they find their footing in s4 again bc they’ve done it before #s3 definitely focused more on el as a fighter which works in my favour because I’m an el supremacist #but it also doesn’t because to reiterate mike wheeler she is much more than her powers #so I’m SO glad she’s lost them temporarily and we get to see her regain them in s4 #I also said I reallllly don’t want to see el in pain every again but let’s face it this is a show shes gonna go through much worse #that being said if el HAS to suffer then I’m glad they’re making use of dr. brenner next season #he’s the scariest antagonist they have it’s about time they brought him back #st4 psychological thriller methinks?!? meagrees #anyways excited for s4 #sometimes I forget this is a legitimately good show and I’m surprised everytime I do a rewatch #it’s good stuff
