I really really love being a ttrpg GM but I really really don't have the motivation or interest to write my own homebrew campaigns these days but I also really really don't enjoy playing pre-written modules because I have a hard time sticking to what's on the page

I bought a game system agnostic adventure when i was at gencon that was really interesting #and yes that's still a pre-written module but since it's not hard coded to run on any particular set of mechanics #it might be easier for me to play loosey goosey with #I'll see how I'm feeling after i wrap up my mini motw campaign I'm running for some irl friends #being in the motw one-shot group has helped a lot #no one's ever required to run a game-- we all swap around who's gm #so there's no pressure to run a tight operation #but everyone still gets to keep playing their characters instead of throwing them away at the end of each session like in other oneshots
