Ajin deserved a more faithful adaptation they fucked up Kou's character so bad

#ajin: demi human #ajin #kou nakano #ajin: demi human was my first introduction to ajin and kou was always my favorite but manga kou is leagues more complex #anime kou is the pinnacle of the idiot redhead trope and it makes me so sad #they kind of flanderized everybody in the series didn't they? idk. if the anime followed the manga more closely the ajin fanbase #would probably be alive and flourishing much more than it is. haven't been perusing that place for a while but there's not enough fics #maybe it'll get the brotherhood treatment one day where things are much more accurate to the source material?
