just reduce the amount of standing water and try and implement widespread use of bednets. people in ancient times WERE very good at weaving and making fine cloth so i would try to use that to my advantage.

#cant do anything about the nile itself but we can at least take basic public health measures and apply them #would the state distribute or provide said bednets to like laborers?
