dont feel the need to publish this if you dont want to, but mayhaps consider an autism evaluation?

Technically, I could argue I already have an autism diagnosis bc last time I was assessed for dyslexia my results came back marking me with: anxiety and aspergers, along with my inability to read lol

#and i mean she was qualified to give me all those lables but like aspergers isnt a diagnosis anymore and i think she just rubber stamped me #on vibes bc i dont think we stepped thru the actual diagnostic questions. but i mean shes not the only one to mention it #so like im probably autistic but it becomes blurry bc its very very likely i have 0cpd and the rigidness #that condition encapsulates could also look like mild autism. but again im like zero eye contact #i feel horribly betrayed when it turns out ppl arent saying exactly what theyre thinking to my face bc it comes #completely out of nowhere for me. and lots of other things. so like i probably fit in thst box. it just annoys me that #i dont fit perfectly enough thst it could b other things #and it doesn't even matter. i just happened to b a pathological perfectionist and wanted everything to b perfectly explained #and conceptualized. when ultimately all that matters is finding effective coping methods. and not uh just becoming increasingly controling #which is my go to. my beloved #but then theres also ppl with adhd 🤝 me. mostly bc horrible exeutive function and i literally have the short term working memory of a #child. which is part of what makes me dyslexic. also my focus is like a thing i can't control but that could b for any number of reasons #anyway point is. yes formal autism assignment would b under consideration #unrelated
