So I tried to check out the fanfiction for His Dark Materials on AO3 and sorted by Kudos and like, for pages and pages there were only canon ships. Will/Lyra and Asriel/Marisa. And... that can't be right, can it? Where are all the slash ships? Where's the Lee Scorsby/Dr. Grumman(john parry)?? Father Gomez/Bathamos?? Mary/Atal?? Serafina Pekkala/Ruta Skadi??
