btw what's going on in the Palworld tag??
I wanted to see the fanarts and similar experiences yet all I see are just discourses and arguments...
idk about ai but It's obvious Palworld is a parody game inspired by pokemon with dark humor like butchering/enslaving features that pokemon never bothered to explain in the lore because they were too focused on keeping it family-friendly. (Basically answering questions like 'can you use pokeball on people' or 'where does the meat come from')
Also from my experience It's basically Ark Survival with cutesy graphic. It's not really a monster collecting game. It's open world survival that you spend most of time mining/lumbering/building. Monsters are used as resources and for manual labor, not kept as friends or pets. You literally either starve to death or get killed by wild animals if you don't do any of them.
Anyway I'm having a lot of fun because I always wanted a realistic pokemon-like game that allows player to use monsters for practical use like cooking(as for both fire and ingredients) as cattles.
Also I'm hoping devs add more features and uses for caught human NPCs as well. Currently they're useless unless merchants since the game is still early-access. Personally I want to use the thugs with guns as bodyguards or guards in my bases.
And It'd be nice If I could take out several Pals at once instead of just one so I can lynch the boss by sicking 5 perfectly bred bloodhounds lol
