super super super cool how like every other week now the temperature rapidly changes 20+ degrees overnight and i have a headache all day

#also crazy joint pain #being made worse atm by wearing work shoes that arent just totally flat #bc everyone is convinced padding = comfort #but padding overall gives me horrible pain #to the point that anti fatigue mats left me limping for 2 days #and my converse are falling apart at the seams rn #which i actually dont mind as far as wearing them goes #its getting them on and off that’s genuinely tricky lmao
