Thinking about the one interaction in game between ‘Vos’ and Jack when Jesse comes over looking for Petra after the Admin’s attack on Beacontown… it has so much potential in the Vos Possession AU. Just… Jack is excited to be planning an adventure with who he thinks is his best friend and then Jesse walks over and Romeo decides to be devious- [oh boy, angst time while I work on something silly for tomorrow.]

Jesse: “Aw I can’t take all the credit - you guys totally helped too!”

Jack: “Spare me the pity props, Jesse. Don’t need ‘em-”

Jesse: “Hey, it wasn’t pity…”

Jack: “I’m just saying I know I’m still getting used to fighting with only one eye. It’s cool. I’m just glad my shop’s alright.”

Vos notices Jack is feeling down, but can’t say anything because Romeo is still in control. Instead, he tries appealing to Romeo in the hopes he’ll say something to cheer Jack up. “If you wouldn’t mind… remind Jack that he’s still ‘The Iron Sword of Mooji Lake,’ will you? Please-” After all, Romeo had just complimented Jesse so why would he not do the same for Jack? Vos doesn’t know who/what is possessing him at this point in the story, but does realize they can hear his thoughts. Unfortunately for him, Romeo is annoyed by his request and decides to say something to shut him up.

‘Vos’: “It’s a little sad the legendary Jack, ‘The Iron Sword of Mooji Lake,’ has been reduced to some… tour guide.”

Jack: “Vos…”

Vos is stunned. And watching helplessly as Jack just turns away after muttering “Vos…” was crushing. His friend couldn’t even get a full sentence out. Beginning to panic, he desperately tries to reason with Romeo, but is immediately shut down. “No, no… That’s not what-” “Oh, be quiet will you…” Romeo continues, informing Vos that if he wants to keep pestering him, he is more than happy to keep conversing with Jack. Vos in turn goes completely silent and watches on as ‘Vos’ casually changes the subject back to their adventure planning.

I want Vos and Lluna to go on a mini adventure. (post-game Possession AU shenanigans) Like, sometime after the events of season 2, Jesse informs Jack that he’s heading to Champion City for a few days to meet with Stella for whatever reason; Jack offers to join and bring Nurm and Vos since they’ve never been. In the city, Jesse and Stella converse and the rest of the gang runs into Lluna roaming around. Nurm is especially happy to see Lluna again. After a while, Stella comes over and explains that Lluna has been itching to go treasure hunting again. Unfortunately, neither she nor any of her citizens have time since they are still repairing the damages caused when Romeo decimated Champion City. Vos offers to take Lluna on an adventure, joking that they should be fine as long as Lluna doesn’t sniff out any treasure in the sea. (He figured Jack would want to stay and aid in rebuilding as long as Jesse helped in town and Nurm would want to stay with Jack.) Stella thanks Vos and lends him gear along with Lluna’s favorite foods. Later, the two set off with Lluna excitedly galloping around and Vos doing his best to keep up.

At some point someone sees them leaving town or something and mistakes Vos for a wandering trader.

Draft Roulette time! Happy August, y’all! ^^

How this will work:

I have assigned a number to most of my saved drafts. (1-22 with 1 being the oldest and 22 being the newest.) You may send an ask or comment any number of your choosing. In the next few days, I will be finishing chosen drafts and posting them to this blog. I’ll do my best to do these in the order in which they are asked as well as picking some numbers myself! Feel free to request multiple, but please keep it one per ask/ comment. How many of these will I be doing? Hopefully all that are requested-

💙 Thank you all for the support on this blog! It really does mean a lot to me. ^^ This is a thank you for a personal milestone I recently hit so I hope this draft roulette will be enjoyable! (Also, there may be an increase in short brainrot posts where I just post ramblings that come to me. Most of my posts start out as those anyways- where I think of something and save it in drafts to flesh out a better post for it with a writing or doodle later.)
