I. Beauty and the Beast 🥀

❥ This stupendous, enchanting movie was introduced to me in my childhood and this will be my favorite Disney animated movie of all time. I liked the live action, but it would never be better than the original. I love the characters (except the dickhead Gaston, fuck him). The storyline truly was remarkable and the story truly displays true love that actually developed over time instead of marrying him off the spot. In my opinion; I do not think Beauty and the Best showed Stockholm Syndrome.

II. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 🍫(2005)

❥ Would you guys believed me if I memorized the whole dialogue and songs in this movie? Yeah, that’s how much I seen this movie. I loved the book and when I saw the movie in class, I begged my mom to get me the DVD 😂. The singing, humor, and chaotic energy in this movie was amazing. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was great too, but I felt like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory applied more to Ronald’s book specially when the iconic Tim Burton directed the movie.

III. The Greatest Showman 🎩

❥ This is one of my top three movie musicals on my list. The choreography and the actors’ singing got my theater adrenaline pumping! The acting was muah! 😙👌 absolute perfection.

II. 50 Shades Of Grey🤢

❥ Disgusting movie, romanticized domestic and sexual abuse. Experienced man who manipulated an inexperienced woman into thinking her consent doesn’t matter and that the only person who should consent is him and him only. Christian shaped Anastasia, an inexperienced woman, into his own image. This paints BSDM in a bad light. I didn’t even want to see the sequel.

III. After 🤡

❥ Total waste of budget to create, it was a Harry styles fanfiction off of Wattpad, which wasn’t properly made. I can’t put my finger on what the plot is and Tessa thinks she’s quirky and not like other girls with Noah who has so many issues. As someone who has Wattpad, yes majority of stories aren’t really well written, but if you inspect closer and go to the underrated side, there are actually good books with a great storyline. And After isn’t one of them.

III. Frozen II 😕

❥ It was overhyped and I don’t hate the movie, it just had an opportunity to make it better and make those six years of waiting worth it. I don’t like how Elsa joins with the Northuldra, who she just meet and joins them after a short amount of time? And Anna deserves better, I’m glad she is engaged with her true partner but her feelings should’ve been valid and not shrugged off. I don’t know, I just didn’t like the minimal context we got along with how rushed it was. This movie isn’t the worst, but it’s not the best (IN MY OPINION). Besides that, there were parts I enjoyed and the songs have you feel empowered.
