My theory about bon is that he's either inhuman entirely/serves as a manifestation for everything that's transpired with cyberfuntech and the business itself. Bon being representative/a symbol would be pretty interesting. To me he could easily be the downward trajectory of the business and personal rlship that Jack and Felix had. Alternatively, he's a person who died within cyberfuntech and he's been dragging everybody down with him. (He could also be a mixture of both of these concepts. I'm intrigued that his character has taken on such an anomalous nature.)

I think he represents the concept of the self eating nature that is opening a small business and then involving yourself with a larger company in order for it to grow. Roll of the dice. How people need to reform their lives around their jobs and in turn just completely rebuild themselves into smth they're not due to the exploitative nature of business. Hence why bon intends on physically remaking everybody who closely works with Jack and felix and bons burgers or just devouring them entirely.
