This is Herambe (Swahili for come together) he’s our beautiful banana ball python. When I was in Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the “Herambe Africa” exhibit watching the baby gorillas play. Ben calls to tell me he’s found this beautiful adult male and brought him home. Only five minutes after he’s brought him in, while cleaning out a bin for him he went in with Dahlia our big girl Pin Stripe.... and they’re locked up. 😆 So we put al the pieces together and he became “Herambe” no it had nothing to do with the unfortunate gorilla Herambe but gorillas do love bananas so 🧐.

Stay tuned for more of our fun stories of our many breeding snakes and the origins of their many many names. We currently have 22 snakes of those 22 only 8 are breeding weight. Lots of growing to do before some major morph magic begins.
