Who would've thought that weighing myself every day was the missing puzzle piece I needed to lose weight

#body weight tw #please let me know if I need to tw tag this differently #but I've lost 5.4 lbs over the last two weeks and it's the most consistent progress I've had in years #and seriously it's because I've started weighing myself daily which helps me hold myself more accountable #but I wouldn't recommend it if your scale doesn't show ounces as well #but if it does and you're trying to lose weight #seeing even a .2-lb loss from one day to the next is incredibly psychologically motivating #at least for me
