tw calorie/food talk
well. ive been counting calories to maximize my workout benefits (not that ive been going to the gym as often as i should) and its been strange but im feeling mostly fine. i think the past couple yrs ive just been eating for the sake of eating so its interesting being able to like sit with the realization that im not actually hungry rn. that said the machine that i used at the gym to calculate my everything put my max intake at 1200 which feels super fucking low but most days i barely eat 800 and the internet is telling me that is unhealthy but i feel ok. maybe bc my body is going thru my fat reserves first for energy. the body is weird food is weird. dw im still making sure to eat good, thank god for spices 💓

// Body positivity update!;;
I am down 6lbs(2.72kg)! Yesterday for my dentist appointment I wore a sweater I haven't worn in years because I simply wasn't feeling comfortable in it, and yesterday I felt comfortable and confident!!! I switched this week to walking outside instead of running on the spot. It also helps with my adhd because I would struggle so much with running on the spot and keeping my mind focused. But when I started my daily workouts, I was 224lbs (101kg). And for the last couple of days I've been at 218lbs(98kg)! :D I'm wearing clothes that I haven't worn in a years, despite only going down 6lbs/2.72kg- according to google that's how much it is in kg?) but I can see so much of a difference from where I was. I'm not hating who I see in the mirror anymore.... and I think that's the biggest accomplishment in all of this. My overall mental well-being is changing how I feel about myself and my insecurities. Also, looking up household items that weigh 6lbs/2.72kg, and I've lost that much already.... that's no small amount! I'm so happy.

I’m so pumped, I’ve wanted a personal trainer for so many years because I’ve always wanted to strong and gain muscle. I did a good job in 2020 gaining lean muscle on my own but I want to gain muscle mass and bulk up, and i do so much better with a third party to be accountable to. So I’m excited!! ur not alone i lost sm weight in college its tough when you have to make food urself and ur stressed
i've actually kept my weight super consistent from like 11th grade to college but i definitely wasn't sleeping enough in college which is probably why my period was so inconsistent ... everyone make sure to take care of yourself in college! don't do what i did!

I think that you have posted that you need birth control to help with your periods due to your low body weight.
You look healthy and you eat, that's what matters, people naturally come in all shapes and sizes 🤷🏻‍♀️ ☕
unfortunately i am frequently reminded by every doctor i meet that i should probably weigh a little more than i actually do and sleep a little more but 😩 a girlie was in college and fighting for her life everyday with these exams
