really mad i can’t just take concepts and characters that corporations make up and then forget about once they don’t make a gorillion dollars instantly.

#i just learned about dc comics character sideways #and now i can’t stop thinking about how well he’d fit into my main fiction worldbuilding project thing #the one about superheroes that travel through dimensions to fight evil #but because disney needs the boatloads of money from michael rat merch i can’t put sideways in any of my stories without getting sued #i might be exaggerating here but it feels like watching a sad wet cat be neglected and not being able/allowed to help #it’s not like DC is doing anything with the character either #his comic series was cancelled and the last time they even acknowledged his existence was by giving him a cameo in the young justice finale #this is like blorbo feelings times a million #if anyone from detective comics comics is reading this pls let me adopt your soggy neglected cat
